Refund Policy

Note: This Refund Policy applies to this organization or league web site, and associated services on which these terms are linked.

Como Ball Inc. realizes that sometimes plans change after registering a child which will not allow your child to play baseball or softball. Our refund policy is as follows:

Players registered in Machine Pitch (Baseball), Coach Pitch, or Tee Ball Divisions:

  • If you notify Como Ball prior to being assigned to a team, you will be refunded your registration in full, less a $20 processing fee. 
  • If you notify Como Ball after being assigned to a team but before the first game is played, Como Ball will issue a 50% refund.
  • If you notify Como Ball after the first game is played, Como Ball will not issue a refund.

Players registered in Kid Pitch and Travel Ball Divisions: 
  •  If you notify Como Ball prior to the draft or before being assigned to a team, you will be refunded your registration in full, less a $20 processing fee. 
  • If you notify Como Ball after the draft or after being assigned to a team and before the first game is played Como Ball will issue a 50% refund. 
  • If you notify Como Ball after the first game is played, Como Ball will not issue a refund.

For All Programs:

In the event community health concerns warrant cancelation of the entire programs, Como Ball will refund an appropriately prorated amount up to the full amount.
