Unleash Your Inner Athlete at Como High School's Speed & Strength Program!

Ignite your athletic potential with our year-round free Speed & Strength program. Open to all students in grades 7-12 in the Como neighborhood, this program will elevate your performance to new heights. This is a program not that different than D1 and other paid programs at NO COST!

What We Offer: 

  • Speed Training: Enhance your acceleration, agility, and overall speed. 
  • Weight Training: Build strength and power through targeted weightlifting exercises. 
  • Plyometrics: Develop explosive movements and improve your vertical jump. 
  • General Fitness: Boost your endurance, stamina, and overall fitness level. 

Program Details: 

  • When: Year-round, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 7:00 AM - 8:10 AM 
  • Where: Como High School weight room (northeast corner of the building) 
  • Who: Open to all athletes in season or out of season.
